Government TV channel TV-23. TV23 is a full production Government Access Cable Television Station. We provide quality programs covering local issues and items of interest. Residents who subscribe to cable television service can view these programs on Government Channel 23. Live broadcasts consist of city board meetings, budget hearings, area organizational meetings and various other public meetings held in the city council board room and area offices. Special community related programs and notices are also provided that are beneficial to the community. A community calendar of events is also provided. No advertising is available or solicited by TV23.
